Sales Support Administrator

As part of our strategy of offering the best integrated solutions for the market, AIT has an exciting new position in our sales team.

Based at our Leeds office we are seeking a sales support administrator to assist our sales team in achieving their revenue targets, folllow up on inbound marketing leads as well as create and follow up quotations.

This job would suit someone with sales administration experience who is looking for a more varied and interesting role.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring inbound sale enquiries, answering queries and assisting sales team
  • Manage Live Help on the AIT website, assisting customers with their questions and signposting to relevant information/help
  • Create and manage customer quotations for lower value orders
  • Create quotations and follow up as directed by sales team members

If you have:

Experience in sales administration including using a CRM to manage the sales cycle, experience of customer service and assisting with tenders we would like to hear from you.

Motivated, enthusiastic, tenacious and flexible with a willingness to learn
