Annual Updates, Support and Maintenance Terms

Updates, support and maintenance is generally included for 1 year within the licence fee and this provides customers with free email, web and telephone technical support, free updates and free enhancements to the software. Subsequent years' updates, support and maintenance fees are invoiced automatically in the month prior to the expiry of the current maintenance period. Customers may elect not to renew updates, support and maintenance by providing at least 45 days notice in writing to AIT. Pcounter specific details can be found in the Related Resources links below.

The annual subscription licence entitles customers to use the software during the period paid for, and obtain free email, web and telephone technical support, free updates and free enhancements to the software. Subsequent years’ subscription fees are invoiced automatically in the month prior to the expiry of the current subscription period. Customers may elect not to renew subscription by providing at least 45 days notice in writing to AIT.

Email & Web Services Annual Subscription Terms

The annual subscription to the AIT email and web services entitles customers to use the service for one year from the date agreed. Customers are also entitled to free email, web and telephone technical support during this period. Subsequent years' subscription fees will be invoiced automatically in the month prior to the expiry of the current subscription period. Customers may elect not to renew their subscription by providing at least 45 days notice in writing to AIT.
