Customer Liaison Coordinator

As part of our strategy of offering the best integrated solutions for the market, AIT has an exciting new position in our Customer Services team

Based at our Leeds office we are seeking a Customer Liaison Coordinator to; support sales consultants to deliver the successful implementation of sold solutions, the role includes planning, customer service and coordination between customers and our inhouse  installation specialists.

This role would suit someone with office administration or customer service experience who is looking for a more varied and interesting role.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Solutions delivery and administration
  • Contract renewals managment
  • Support to the sales team
  • General admin duties including raising purchase orders, hotel and travel bookings

If you have:

General administration experience, a good telephone manner and some experience of working with CRM systems

If you are:

Motivated, enthusiastic, tenacious and flexible and a willingness to learn
